Every order is packed by hand at our Calgary boutique and sent with Canada Post.
Rates
Standard shipping
- Alberta: $12
- Rest of Canada: $18
- Free on orders of $150 and over, anywhere in Canada
Express shipping
- Alberta: $18
- Rest of Canada: $30
United States
- Standard (5 to 10 business days after it ships): $25
- Express (2 to 4 business days after it ships): $48
Free in-store pickup
- Free at either of our Calgary boutiques
Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. Free shipping applies to Standard shipping within Canada; Express and United States shipping are always charged. Orders to Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut ship Standard only, for $30.
When your order will arrive
- Packing: within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays).
- Express orders placed before Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day.
- Standard delivery after it ships: 2 to 4 business days within Alberta, 3 to 8 business days elsewhere in Canada.
- Express delivery after it ships: 1 to 2 business days within Alberta, 1 to 3 business days elsewhere in Canada.
- When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Pickup-only items
A few items can't travel well or can't be sent by post, such as fresh treats and some cleaning products. They're available for in-store pickup only. If one of them is in your cart, checkout will offer pickup instead of shipping.
Where we ship
- For now, we ship within Canada only.
- We ship to P.O. boxes. We don't ship to parcel-forwarding companies.
- If your parcel can't be left safely, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card and hold it at your nearest post office.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges aren't refundable, unless your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
- If a parcel comes back to us because it wasn't collected, we'll refund your items, but not the shipping. [to confirm with the client's returns policy]
Orders to the United States
- Duties and import taxes: [to confirm: "are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing more to pay when your order arrives." OR "are included in our prices."]
- Some items can't be sent to the United States, such as fresh treats, aerosols and some cleaning and beauty products. If one is in your cart, checkout will let you know.
- US orders are sent with Canada Post and delivered by USPS. You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please email us within [to confirm: 7 days] of the delivery date, with a photo if anything is damaged, and we'll make it right.
